East Hampton Shopping: Roberta Freymann

Roberta Freymann
21 Main Street
East Hampton, NY
(631) 329-5828
www.robertafreymann.com

This new location opened in summer 2010 and the large space beautifully represents Robert'a lines, Roberta Freymann and Roberta Roller Rabbit.  In addition to Roberta's signature kurtas and casual chic women's wear, the shop offers a wide selection of bed linens, quilts, pillow shams, ready made curtains, Anglo Indian style small case goods and a new line of Roberta's private label upholstery.

It is fun and easy to mix and match Robert'a patterns.

East Hampton Shopping: HB Home

HB Home
83 Main Street
East Hampton, NY

In my opinion, HB Home is the best new addition to East Hampton shopping.  HB Home has two Connecticut locations and in Summer 2010 opened two additional shops: one on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and one in East Hampton.  I love everything about this shop.  The palate is bright and happy.  The lines are clean, the merchandise is fresh and arranged in the most appealing way.  HB Home provides everything from custom curtain design, made to order upholstery in a variety of designer fabrics, vintage and reproduction case goods, large scale paintings, Christopher Spitzmiller lamps and chic smalls.

Wainscott Shopping: Wyeth Home

Wyeth Home
3654 Montauk Highway
Wainscott, NY
(631) 604-2103
Also on 1st Dibs

This large ranch style space hosts a wide selection of primarily 1950’s Danish pieces, some mid-century modern American and Wyeth’s own collection of custom upholstery made in mid-century style.  A collection of wooden bowling balls or a 1950’s clock radio evokes the imagery of times gone by.  There is a nice variety of table lamps, floor lamps and ceiling lighting too. Check out their Manhattan and East Hampton locations as well as 1st Dibs.
